1. Use of the website
- You may use the website for personal, non-commercial travel planning, and travel agents may use generated itineraries to share with their own clients.
- You agree not to misuse the website — for example by sending automated or excessive requests, attempting to access restricted areas, uploading harmful code, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
- We may limit, suspend or block access if we believe the website is being misused.
2. AI-generated content
- Itineraries are generated automatically and are provided "as is" for guidance only. They may contain errors.
- You are responsible for checking all details before travelling or making any booking. Please also read our Disclaimer.
3. Saved and shared itineraries
- When you save an itinerary, it is stored on our server and can be opened by anyone who has its link.
- Do not include personal or sensitive information (such as ID numbers or health details) in the fields you fill in.
- We may remove saved itineraries at any time.
4. Enquiries and bookings
- Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. A booking is confirmed only after we (or our partner) send a written confirmation and receive the agreed payment.
- Prices, availability, inclusions, payment schedules and cancellation or refund rules for any package will be shared with you in writing before booking and form part of that booking.
- Services such as hotels, transport and activities may be provided by third parties and are subject to their terms.
5. Intellectual property
The website design, text, destination guides, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to TourXpert. You may share links to our pages, and you may download and share itineraries you generate. You may not copy or republish our guides or website content in bulk without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TourXpert is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on website content, third-party services, travel disruptions, weather, government restrictions or events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where our business is registered.
