- Trip details you enter — destinations, number of days, starting city, trip type, budget, number of travellers, language, special requests and (optionally) a travel agency name.
- Enquiry and contact details — your name, mobile number, email address, travel date and message when you send an enquiry or use the contact form.
- Saved itineraries — the plan and trip details when you click Save or send an enquiry about a plan.
- Technical information — such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through server logs and analytics.
How we use your information
- To generate your itinerary and show, save or share it.
- To reply to your enquiry and provide quotes, bookings and customer support.
- To keep the website secure and prevent misuse (for example rate limiting).
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
AI processing
To create an itinerary, the trip details you enter are sent to our AI service provider for processing. Please do not enter personal or sensitive information in the trip fields. We do not send your enquiry contact details to the AI provider.
Cookies and analytics
We may use Google Analytics and similar tools that use cookies to measure visits and usage. Your browser may also store small preferences on your device (for example your travel agency name) so you do not need to type them again. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only:
- with hotels, transport and tour partners when needed to prepare or fulfil a booking you asked for;
- with service providers who help us run the website (hosting, AI processing, analytics);
- when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Data retention and security
We keep enquiries and saved itineraries for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete them. We use reasonable security measures, but no method of transmission or storage on the internet is completely secure.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@example.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is not intended for children under 18. Please do not submit personal information if you are under 18.
